Terms and Conditions for Connection Seekers<\/h3>

Effective Date:<\/strong> 09-01-2025<\/p>

These Terms and Conditions outline the responsibilities, obligations, and benefits for Connection Seekers who connect service providers (CSPs) to TOEYO’s platform. By participating as a Connection Seeker, you agree to the following terms:<\/p>

1. Responsibilities of Connection Seekers<\/strong><\/h3>
  1. Connection Seekers must bring high-quality CSPs to TOEYO’s platform, ensuring they meet the required standards of service.<\/li>
  2. CSPs referred to TOEYO must use the unique referral code provided by the Connection Seeker during registration.<\/li>
  3. Connection Seekers are responsible for verifying the authenticity of the CSPs they refer. Fake or fraudulent verifications are strictly prohibited.<\/li><\/ol>

    2. Earning Commission<\/strong><\/h3>
    1. Connection Seekers are eligible to earn a one-time 20% commission from the CSP’s first transaction made on TOEYO\u2019s platform.<\/li>
    2. The commission is awarded only if the CSP successfully completes their first transaction and uses the Connection Seeker’s referral code during signup.<\/li>
    3. Connection Seekers can connect a maximum of 10 CSPs per month<\/strong> to the platform.<\/li><\/ol>

      3. Quality Assurance and Accountability<\/strong><\/h3>
      1. Connection Seekers are responsible for the behavior and service quality of the CSPs they bring to the platform.<\/li>
      2. If a referred CSP is found providing poor or unsatisfactory services, both the CSP and the Connection Seeker who referred them may face termination from TOEYO\u2019s platform.<\/li>
      3. TOEYO reserves the right to assess service quality and take necessary action against non-compliant CSPs and their respective Connection Seekers.<\/li><\/ol>

        4. Termination Rights<\/strong><\/h3>
        1. TOEYO reserves the right to terminate the account of a Connection Seeker at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>
        2. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:
          • Referring CSPs that fail to meet TOEYO’s service standards.<\/li>
          • Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as fake CSP verifications.<\/li>
          • Exceeding the monthly CSP connection limit.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>

            5. Limitations of Commission<\/strong><\/h3>
            1. The 20% commission is limited to the first transaction made by each CSP referred by the Connection Seeker.<\/li>
            2. No additional earnings will be awarded for subsequent transactions or services provided by the referred CSPs.<\/li><\/ol>

              6. Prohibited Activities<\/strong><\/h3>
              1. Using fake or duplicate CSP profiles to gain commissions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.<\/li>
              2. Attempting to manipulate the referral or transaction process for personal gain is not allowed.<\/li><\/ol>

                7. Platform Policies<\/strong><\/h3>
                1. TOEYO reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Connection Seekers will be notified of significant changes.<\/li>
                2. Participation in the Connection Seeker program is subject to TOEYO\u2019s overall platform policies and guidelines.<\/li><\/ol>

                  8. Liability Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h3>
                  1. TOEYO acts solely as a platform for facilitating connections between customers and CSPs. We are not liable for disputes, damages, or issues arising from the CSP’s services.<\/li>
                  2. Connection Seekers will not hold TOEYO accountable for their actions or the actions of the CSPs they refer.<\/li><\/ol>

                    By registering as a Connection Seeker, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
