For Customers (Users):

  • Personal Information: Phone number, location, and the details of the service requested.
  • Usage Information: Interactions with our platform to improve service delivery.

For CSPs (Service Providers) and CCSs (CSP Connection Seekers):

  • Personal Information: Name, Phone number, government-issued identification documents for verification, and location.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

Customers (Users):

  • Your phone number and location are used to connect you with nearby CSPs.
  • Location data is shared with CSPs for searching and matching purposes.
  • When nearby CSP is found, a service request is sent to them, if they accept then the acceptance message is sent to you if you accept then only your phone number is shared with that CSP.

CSPs and CCSs:

  • Identification documents are collected for verification purposes and stored securely after manual review.

 

3. Data Storage and Protection

  • All government ID documents submitted by CSPs and CCSs are encrypted and stored securely for 2–3 years.
  • User data, including phone numbers and location details, is stored locally in our system with robust protection measures to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Data encryption is applied to safeguard sensitive information.

 

4. Data Sharing

  • Customers: Your location is shared with CSPs for matching nearby service providers. Your phone number is only shared with CSPs once you confirm the service request.
  • CSPs and CCSs: Your personal information and documents are not shared outside TOEYO unless required by law.

 

5. Data Retention

  • Customer data is retained as long as the account remains active or as required by law.
  • CSP and CCS verification documents are stored for 2–3 years.
  • If a CSP decides to resign, they can request their data to be deleted. Upon ensuring no issues associated with the CSP, their data will be deleted within 7 business days.

 

6. Your Rights

  • Access and Correction: You can request access to the personal information we hold about you and correct inaccuracies.
  • Data Deletion:
    • Customers can delete their account, and associated data will be removed as per legal and operational requirements.
    • CSPs can request deletion of their data upon resignation.
  • Consent Withdrawal: You may withdraw consent for data collection or usage at any time.

 

7. Cookies and Tracking

We do not currently use cookies or tracking technologies on our platform. If this changes in the future, users will be notified.

 

8. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. TOEYO is not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.

 

9. Security Measures

  • TOEYO implements industry-standard encryption and secure storage mechanisms to protect user data.
  • Access to sensitive information is restricted to authorized personnel only.
