Welcome to TOEYO! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and platform. By accessing or using TOEYO, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Role of TOEYO

  • TOEYO is a platform that connects customers with service providers (CSPs), such as towing companies, mechanics, workshops, and other related professionals.
  • TOEYO acts solely as a bridge to facilitate these connections. We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of services provided by the CSPs.
  • All agreements or disputes regarding the services are strictly between you and the CSP.

2. Service Usage

  • Customers are required to provide accurate information while booking services.
  • Booking requests made through TOEYO will be routed to available CSPs based on proximity and availability.
  • Service charges must be paid directly to the CSP only when you receive message from us. TOEYO does not handle or process payments for services.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • TOEYO is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the services provided by the CSPs.
  • We do not guarantee the availability, skill, or behavior of the CSPs listed on our platform.
  • Customers are advised to verify the credibility of the CSP and use their services at their own discretion.

4. Customer Conduct

  • Customers must treat CSPs with respect and provide a safe environment for them to render services.
  • Misconduct, abuse, or harassment of CSPs will result in termination of access to TOEYO’s platform.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Customers are advised to notify the TOEYO through WhatsApp in case of cancellations or changes in booking requirements.
  • Any refund disputes should be resolved directly with the CSP.

6. Privacy and Data Use

  • TOEYO collects and stores customer data as per our Privacy Policy to improve and facilitate services.
  • Your data will not be shared with third parties except for connecting you with CSPs or as required by law.

7. Disclaimers

  • TOEYO provides no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided on our platform.
  • We do not endorse any CSPs listed on our platform.

8. Updates to Terms

  • TOEYO reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  • We will notify you when we update our terms.
