Terms and Conditions for Customer Service Providers (CSPs)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as a Customer Service Provider (“CSP”) with TOEYO. By registering as a CSP, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 20 years old to register as a CSP.

1.2 You must possess valid identification and any required certifications or licenses related to the services you provide.

1.3 You must maintain accurate and up-to-date personal and professional information in your CSP profile.

 2. Responsibilities of CSPs

2.1 Service Standards: You agree to provide high-quality services in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

2.2 Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while providing services.

2.3 Availability: You must keep your status (“available,” “on hold,” or “unavailable”) updated in the TOEYO system to ensure accurate matching with customers.

2.4 Equipment and Tools: You are responsible for maintaining the tools, equipment, and resources required for delivering your services.

2.5 Confidentiality: Any customer information obtained during the service must remain confidential and be used only for the intended purpose.

 3. Commission and Payment

3.1 TOEYO will retain a 20% commission from every service transaction. CSPs must pay the commission to TOEYO within 7 days of earning it. Failure to do so will result in the CSP being marked as ‘on hold’ until the payment is made. If this occurs three times, the CSP will face a permanent ban.

3.2 Payments will be processed weekly/monthly, subject to any applicable taxes or fees.

3.3 Any disputes regarding payments must be reported within [Insert Days] days of the transaction.

 4. Behavior and Conduct

4.1 CSPs must treat customers and other service providers with respect and professionalism.

4.2 Any form of harassment, fraud, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of your CSP status and possible legal action.

4.3 Misrepresentation of your skills, qualifications, or experience is strictly prohibited.

 5. Service Cancellation and Disputes

5.1 If you are unable to complete a service, you must notify the customer and TOEYO support immediately.

5.2 Disputes between CSPs and customers will be mediated by TOEYO. TOEYO’s decision will be final and binding.

 6. Termination

6.1 TOEYO reserves the right to terminate your CSP registration at any time for violations of these Terms or any other reasons deemed necessary.

6.2 You may terminate your CSP status by providing written notice to TOEYO. Pending services must be completed or reassigned prior to termination.

 7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TOEYO, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your services, negligence, or breach of these Terms.

 8. Limitation of Liability

TOEYO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation as a CSP or the use of our platform.

 9. Amendments

TOEYO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or the TOEYO platform. Continued participation as a CSP signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

By registering as a CSP with TOEYO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
